Mrs. Thomas suffered a paralytic stroke two years ago and the second slight stroke which she suffered Sunday resulted in her death this morning. She was a member of the Methodist Episcopal Church of this city and was born May 26, 1858 at Centerville, Ohio. Surviving are one son, Charles Thomas of Wenatchee: three daughters, Mrs. Clifford Yocom of Twisp, Mrs. Iva Brodbeck of Decatur, Ind., Mrs. Porter Yocom of Malaga; four brothers, Bert Melchi, Charles Melchi and William Melchi, all of Convoy, Ohio, and Seaphus Melchi of Decatur, Ind.; three sisters, Mrs. Emma Heath, Mrs. Alice Hilton, and Mrs. Sarah Tremble, all of Convoy, Ohio; 12 grandchildren and five great grandchildren. The body is at the Jones and Jones Mortuary awaiting funeral arrangements.
