Description	:	Janet H. Mills, 84, of Lincoln, Nebraska, passed away on Thursday, October 13, 2016. Janet was born January 22, 1932 to John and Helen (Janike) Glock in David City, Nebraska. She was raised on a farm outside of Rising City, Nebraska, and attended David City High School. Her love for music spurred her to pursue a degree in music education at the University of Nebraska. Read More	Janet H. Mills, 84, of Lincoln, Nebraska, passed away on Thursday, October 13, 2016. Janet was born January 22, 1932 to John and Helen (Janike) Glock in David City, Nebraska. She was raised on a farm outside of Rising City, Nebraska, and attended David City High School. Her love for music spurred her to pursue a degree in music education at the University of Nebraska. After marrying Knox Jones, they began their family in Lawrence, Kansas. They moved their family to Lubbock, Texas, and Janet moved back to Lincoln in the 1980’s. She enjoyed singing in the choir, playing the piano, and Husker Football. She loved playing bridge and card games, but most of all spending time with her amazing grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and brother, Dean Glock. She is survived by: her children, Amy (Jim) Libertini, Sarah (Dr. Lee) Brock, and Laura Graulty; sister, Barbara Johnson; seven grandchildren; and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. Celebration of Janet’s Life on Saturday, October 22, 2016 at First Lutheran Church, Lincoln. Inurnment at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Rising City, Nebraska.
