She was born Jan. 25, 1948, in Ottumwa to Mark M. and Sarah E. Harris Monohon Sr. She married Earl E. Findley on Feb. 14, 1972. A resident of Ottumwa all of her life, she had been an employee of the Town House Café, Neiswanger's and Collin's Café. She is survived by her husband; a son, Shane Finley of Ottumwa; two brothers, Rick Monohon of Dallas, and Stephen Monohon of Ottumwa and three sisters, Barbara Ohrt of Marshalltown and Patty Carter and Judith Skinner of Ottumwa. She was preceded in death by her parents and four brothers, Freddy, Robert, Mark "Junior" and James Monohon. The service will be 10 a.m. Friday at Reece Funeral Home in Ottumwa, with Rev. George King of Evangelistic Foursquare Church officiating. Burial will be in Shaul Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Jim Hird, Chuck Enlow, Wesley McCoy, Shaw Skinner and Dan and Patrick Monohon. Visitation is open after 11 a.m. today at the funeral home. Family visitation will be 7 to 8:30 p.m. Memorials may be made to the family.
