Description	:	She was the daughter of Francis Marion and Mona Ruth Metcalf Jarvis. She was the wife of George Peter and the mother of Georgia Ann. At the time of her death she was living in Albany, OH Athens Co. She was survied by 2 sisters Maxine Louise Jarvis Roof and Doris Irene Jarvis McMullen both of Athens Co. and 1 brother William Francis of Germany. She was preceded in death by a sister Betty Jean Jarvis, and a brother Jerry Edward Jarvis. She was a wounderful person who was loved by all that knew her and she was a great christian. No... Janice Lou Jarvis Ashcraft COLUMBUS - Janice Lou Ashcraft, 38, of Albany, passed away Friday, August 30, 1974, in University Hospital. She was born January 26, 1936, in Athens County, Ohio, the daughter of Francis and Ruth Metcalf Jarvis. She is survived by her husband of seventeen years, George Peter Ashcraft and a daughter Georgia Ann Ashcraft of the home. Also surviving are her father; a brother, Francis William, of Germany; and two sisters, Maxine Louise Roof of Albany and Doris (Charles) McMullen of Athens. She was preceded in death by her mother; a sister, Betty Jean Jarvis; and a brother, Jerry Edward Jarvis. Funeral service will be held, Thursday, Sept. 5, 1974. Burial will be in Canaanville Cemetery, Canaanville following the service.
