Description	:	OBITUARY: Janie I. Morehouse of Zealand passed away May 30, 2010 at her home. Born in 1913 at Brewers Mills, NB, she was a daughter of the late Murray and Ada (Hawkins) Crouse. Janie enjoyed attending church and entertaining company at her home. She loved listening to gospel music and fiddle music. She is survived by a daughter, Juanita Morehouse, Zealand; several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Ernie Morehouse; two brothers, Austin and Wilmont Crouse; three sisters, Lena Edmondson, Dorothy Morehouse and Helen Leffley. Visiting hours will be held at The Apostolic Watchman Church, 1122 Tripp Settlement Road, Burtts Corner, NB on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 2, 2010 at 2 p.m. from the church with Rev. Lou Seeley officiating, assisted by Rev. Carl and Evelyn Brewer and Rev. Sydney Haines. Interment in Zealand Community Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Pat Emond, Myles Crouse, Dale Burtt, Leroy Burtt, Wes Burtt and Shane Crouse. For those who wish to make a donation in memory of Janie, the family has suggested the NB Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Diabetes Association.
