Description	:	Jason Tudor died at his home west of Tipton Monday morning shortly before 4 o'clock, his death following a long illness due to per- nicious anemia, a rare disease and although everything known to medical skill was done for the deceased, and he made a brave fight for life, death was the victor. For the past three weeks it has been known his death was a matter of hours, yet relatives and friends hoped that the worst could be avoided. For the past three weeks it has been known his death was a matter of hours, yet relatives and friends hoped that the worst could be avoided. Mr. Tudor was born in Tipton county near Kempton, December 30th, 1887 and was the son of Philip and Armilda (Clidence) Tudor. He came to Tipton when a lad about thirteen or fourteen years of age when his parents moved to Tipton from near Kempton and he became a student in the Tipton schools. In September (1915) Mr. Tudor was united in marriage to Mrs. Blanche (Austill) Thornton, widow of Ray Thornton. The wife and two stepdaughters, Leona and Mary Edith Thornton survive him. He is also survived by his father, Phil Tudor, one sister, Mrs. Ethel Myers, wife of Irvin Myers west of Tipton, and two brothers, Jesse Tudor of Oak street. and Emmett Tudor in Boone County near Kirklin. His mother died 18 years ago in Tipton. Mr. Tudor recently united with the Kemp M. E. church having formerly been a member of the West Street Christian church. He was also a member, of the Red Mens lodge, the Haymakers and of the Moose lodge of Tipton. He was a young man of honest industrious habits and. was held in high esteem by everyone who. knew him and his untimely death is regretted by all.
