Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Wednesday July 13, 2011 at Willow Swamp Baptist Church in Norway with Rev. Erwin Metcalf officiating. Burial will follow at Two Mile Swamp Baptist Church Cemetery in Cope. Family will receive friends one hour prior to service in the fellowship hall. Mr. Kinard was a member of Willow Swamp Baptist Church. He was a US Army veteran serving in WWII. He was the last of 13 siblings. Survivors include three sons Ronnie Q. Kinard and wife Judy of Denver CO, Rodney Q. Kinard of Columbia and Karl L. Kinard and wife Barbara of Columbia; a daughter Charlene K. Gunter and husband Timothy of Las Vegas, NV and three grandchildren Ryan M. Kinard of Columbia, Tracy A. Kinard of Anson, TX and Victor L. Kinard, Denver, CO Memorials may be made to Willow Swamp Baptist Church, PO Box 444, Norway, SC 29133 The family wishes to express their gratitude to the Doctors, nurses and staff of Heartland of Columbia.
