She was born at West Clifford in 1877 daughter of the late James and Sophie Beck. Read More	Parents, James Beck and Sophia Bollivar 75 years, widowed Huey, Jenneth - The community of Baker Settlement was again saddened on Wednesday evening, February 20th to learn of the passing of one of its esteemed citizens, Mrs. Jenneth Huey, widow of the late Joseph Huey who predeceased her several years ago. She was born at West Clifford in 1877 daughter of the late James and Sophie Beck. She lived most of her life in Baker Settlement except for a few years in U.S.A. while there she became a member of the Baptist Church, Gloucester, Mass. She was a loving mother and a kind neighbour and will be greatly missed by all who knew her. She leaves to mourn four daughters, Mrs. Reginald Snow, Mrs. Michael Foran, both of U.S.A., Mrs. Grace Veinot, Baker Settlement; Mrs. Amiel Corkum, Bridgewater; three sons, Lawson and Kenneth U.S.A., Paul at home. One son died in childhood. Two sisters, Mrs. Harris Lance, Halifax, and Mrs. Owen Huey, West Clifford, one brother Edward Beck of West Clifford, two brothers Joseph and Charles predeceased her. Funeral service which was held at Chelsea Baptist Church on Sunday afternoon was largely attended. Service was conducted by Rev. L. McDormand of Greenfield. Kathy Garber
