Read More	Obituary: Jeanette Eileen Fry Jeanette Eileen Fry Jeanette Eileen Fry went to the Savior of our Lord on Sunday, April 22, 2012. She was born to Earl and Sara Rogers on Feb. 1, 1920, in Centerville, Iowa. She was preceded in death by her two brothers, James and Earl Rogers. She was survived by her two sisters, Sally Heinzel of Arizona and Mary Rogers of Virginia; her nephews, Rick and Darren Heinzel; and great-nephew, Matthew Heinzel. She was married to her beloved husband, Clarence Fry, on Dec. 22, 1973. This added to her family and gave her stepchildren, Deborah Forslin of Alaska, John Fry of Arizona, Katie Dearman of Washington and Shari Fair also of Alaska. They gave her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She also had many grandchildren for the Sparrow side of her family, Karla, Lloyd, Anne, Marten and Byron. After Jan and Clarence were married they lived in many places. They met at Clarence's construction company in Colorado when she was hired as a bookkeeper in 1973. They moved to Nebraska and raised hogs and pigs to get by. They started mining and ran their own mining company from 1979 to 1984, then a trucking company from 1984 until 2006. Clarence then went to work on pipeline construction. Jan went along until her health started to fail. She has lived in Arizona for the past 14 years and made many new friends along the way. She spent many hours with her friends and neighbors, Judy and Dave Gaither. Always there to keep her company on the long days when Clarence was on the road working, were her loving dogs, Tip, Corky and Foxy who made sure she wasn't lonely. She was loved very much and will be greatly missed. She was full of life; she enjoyed quilting, sewing, crocheting and needlework. She made beautiful quilts for all of her stepchildren and many of her grandchildren. She enjoyed traveling, camping, fishing, singing in the Church of the Nazarene choir, playing the piano and organ, but mostly spending time with family and friends. The family would like to thank Hospice for doing a great job and for all their daily support. The service for Jan will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, May 5, at First Church of The Nazarene, 4715 Stockton Hill Road. Burial of her ashes will be in Riverside, Wash.
