| Description | : | HONEA PATH, Nov. 18. - J. D. Brannyon, 70, prominent citizen of this section, died at his home near Due West Sunday night at 12 o'clock after an illness of nearly one year. Mr. Brannyon was a member of Due West Baptist church and took an active part in religious and community activities. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Janie Pruitt Brannyon; four daughters, Misses Olivia, Pearle and Ethel Brannyon, of Due West; and Mrs. Toy Patten, Fountain Inn; and two sons, Furman Brannyon, Union; and J D.
