He was the loving son of the Scott Cantrell Sr., and Georgia Frances Cochran Jewell. He was raised in the Christian faith and attended Southwestern High School and graduate from Ivy Tech. He was the loving son of the Scott Cantrell Sr., and Georgia Frances Cochran Jewell. He was raised in the Christian faith and attended Southwestern High School and graduate from Ivy Tech. He was first united in marriage to Faith Crabtree and later married to Linda Welch. Jeffrey worked for 30 years at Clifty Inn as a cook. He also worked for 12 years in production at Madison Precision. Jeffrey loved riding motorcycles, dirt track racing, Nascar, collecting Nascar Memorabilia, watching Monday night wrestling, and being with his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He loved his dog, Stewart. Jeffrey was lovingly cared for by his companion and his family during his recent illness. Jeff died on Friday, July 10, 2020, at 6:35 p.m. at his in Sunman, Indiana. A LOVING FAMILY Jeff will be missed by his loving mother, Georgia Frances Cochran Jewell of Madison, Indiana; his loving companion, Tammie Green of Sunman, Indiana; his sons, Paul Skirvin and his wife, Jessica of Carrollton, Kentucky, Josh Jewell of Madison, Indiana; his daughters, Jessica Jewell of Madison, Indiana, Kristina Jewell and her companion, Aaron Fox of Madison, Indiana, Jennifer Lapine and her husband, Justin of Madison, Indiana, Nicole Jewell of Madison, Indiana, Katelin Jewell of Madison, Indiana; his grandchildren, Hailey, David, Bladen, Jasper, Zaylee, Constance, Paige, Shawn, Landen, Preston, Zayden, Maylin, Kloe, Gavin, Averi, Bailey, Auston, Hudson, Miley, Tyson and Lilly; his brothers, Richard Lee Robinson and his wife, Holly of Commiskey, Indiana, Tommy Lynn "T.R." Robinson and his companion, Bev. of Shelbyville, Indiana, Scott Cantrell Jewell, Jr. and his fiancée, Shannon Konkle of Deputy, Indiana; his sister, Patty Chase of Florence, Indiana; several nieces, nephews and other relatives. He was preceded in death by his father, Scott Cantrell Jewell, Sr., died December 10, 1975, his sisters, Hilda Ann Jewell Lock, died February 20, 1983 and Donna Lee Jewell Bowman, died January 13, 2005, his brother, Joseph Cantrell Jewell, his grandparents, George Albert and Mildred Brown Cochran and James Henry and Sallie Hicks Jewell, and his granddaughter, Precious Bartholomew. FUNERAL CEREMONY Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, July 15, 2020, at 1:00 p.m., by Michelle Rowlett at the Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre, 325 Demaree Drive in Madison, Indiana. Interment will follow in the Vevay Cemetery, 800 East Main Street in Vevay, Indiana. VISITATION Friends may visit Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. at the Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre, 325 Demaree Drive in Madison, Indiana. MEMORIAL EXPRESSIONS Memorial contributions may be made to the Jeffrey Jewell Remembrance Fund. Cards are available at the Morgan & Nay Funeral Centre's Madison and Hanover.
