July 26, 1945Moravia UnionFinal Rites ForJemima FullertonFuneral services were held at the Turner Funeral Home in Moraviaat 3:00 p. m. Wednesday, July 18, the Rev. G. M. Talbott officiating.Burial was in the Sales cemetery east of Moravia. Pallbearers were: Marve Lockman, Elmer Lockman, RaymondLockman, Gomer Stocker, Ted Campbell and Fred Hammond. Mrs. E. G. Hawk and Grace Main sang two songs, accompanied by Mrs. Charles Coffin at the piano.ObituaryJemima Good, daughter of Catherine and Peter Good, was born near Unionvile, Iowa June 18, 1870 and passed away July 13, age 75 years and 25 days. She was united in marriage toAbsolem Fullerton and to this union seven children were born, two of whom, Mrs. Elizabeth Hiatt and an infant daughter, Grace, preceded her in death. The surviving children are Earl of Eugene, Oregon, Mrs. Renta Blumer of Moravia, Mrs. Alma Kingery ofKirksville, Mo., Mrs. Mary Lockman of Akeley, Minn., and Daniel of Crivitz, Wise. Her husband preceded her in death November 7, 1916. She also leaves twenty-six grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren.Four sisters, Mrs. Fanny Wood and Mrs. Mary McGrew of Udell, Mrs. Sarah Hanes of Centerville and Mrs. Caroline Hart of Moravia, and a half-brother, Grover Sapp also survives. Two sisterspreceded her in death. She professed her faith in Christ at an early age and her daily life was always a solemn witness of this profession. She was a kind and loving mother and a thoughtful neighbor, no sacrifice being too great for the interests of her family and her friends.She has made her home with her daughter, Mrs. Mary Lockmon, forthe past twenty-four years where she received tender care and willbe sadly missed.."The pearly gates were opened wide,A gentle voice said, 'Come,'And angels from the other sideWelcomed our loved one home."Out-of-Town Relatives HereRelatives here from out of town to attend the funeral of Mrs.Jemima Fullerton held last Wednesday at the Turner funeral home were Mr. and Mrs. John Lockman of Ackley, Minn., Mr. and Mrs.Daniel Fullerton and son of Crivitz, Wisc., Mr. and Mrs. PearlKingery and Donald of Kirksville, Mo., Mrs. Sarah Hanes and daughter,Mary of Centerville, Mrs. Flora Sample of Bloomfield, Mr. and Mrs. Will Hutchison of Moulton, Mrs. Roy Wilcox of Drakesville, Mrs. Martha Stevens of Coatsville, Mo., Charles Hartleyof Belknap, Mr. and Mrs. C.
