Description	:	Jenice Eilene Clark, 83, Sherwood, died Friday, September 8, 2017, at a Minot hospital. She was born December 23, 1933, in Norma, to George and Hazel (McGillivray) Weaver. She attended Stafford Country School for eight years and her freshman year of high school in Kenmare. Because of the distance from the family farm from Sherwood, she boarded with the Sam Daeley family and worked in the café while completing high school in Sherwood. Read More	Jenice Eilene Clark, 83, Sherwood, died Friday, September 8, 2017, at a Minot hospital. She was born December 23, 1933, in Norma, to George and Hazel (McGillivray) Weaver. She attended Stafford Country School for eight years and her freshman year of high school in Kenmare. Because of the distance from the family farm from Sherwood, she boarded with the Sam Daeley family and worked in the café while completing high school in Sherwood. Jenice met the love of her life in the fall of 1950, and on November 9, 1952, she married Darwin Clark in Sherwood. They lived in Sherwood where Jenice was a stay-at-home wife and mother. In 1960, they moved to Overly where they owned and operated the local bar for five years. They returned to Sherwood in 1965 and farmed north of Sherwood until 1969, when they moved into Sherwood. Jenice worked at the little café in town and later drove bus for the Sherwood School. In the fall of 1981, Jenice and Darwin moved to Platteville, CO, and again Jenice drove bus for the school. They retired and moved back to Sherwood in 1996 and Jenice drove the Renville County Stage. Jenice was a member of the Sherwood United Methodist Church, the Legion Auxiliary and a homemakers club. She loved spending time with her family and welcomed, loved and enjoyed each addition to her family: her kids, sons- and daughters-in-law, grandkids and great-grandkids. She also enjoyed camping, traveling, and a good game of Canasta, Tripoley or Shanghai. Family: husband of almost 65 years, Darwin Clark; children, Nadine Clark-Nordaker, Eagan, MN, Jerri (Steve) Keith, Sherwood, Robyn (Steve) Larson, Mohall, Rory Clark, Glenburn, Joel (Christina) Clark, Frederick, CO; grandchildren, Ryan Nordaker, Ashley (Stephen) Melin, Jessica (Jody) Simpson, Lacey (Ben) Ethen, Jarett Keith, Rhett (Annie) Larson, Josh (Bethany) Larson, Casey Clark, Alexander Clark and Leevi Clark; great-grandchildren, Ashlyn and Jayden Simpson, Kennedy Ethen, Liam, Ava and Mia Larson; sisters, JoAnn Berglof, Peoria, AZ, Jackie Beckedahl, Sherwood; sisters-in-law, Diane Weaver, Ankeny, IA, Merlyn Hamner, Margaret Clark, Coachella, CA, Avis Purvis, of CO; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
