George. Jennie Grace George, 77, died at her home at 812 Pershing avenue at 10 a.m. today. She was the daughter of William Oscar [sic] and Elizabeth Johnson and was born in Ottumwa November 18, 1878. She was a member of the Security Benefit association, Veterans of Foreign Wars auxiliary and the Golden Agers club. Surviving are her husband, D.I. George; a daughter, Mrs. Mary Latta; two sons, Floyd Buchanan and Raymond Grace; a sister, Mrs. Lillian Stevens and a brother, William Johnson, all of Ottumwa. There are 13 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by three daughters, two sisters and two grandchildren. The casket will be taken to the home from the Curl funeral home in Bloomfield this evening. Funeral arrangements are incomplete.
