Jennie Mae “Tinkle” Cooper, 84, of Scottsburg, died at 6 p.m. November 28, 2018, at Hickory Creek of Scottsburg. Jennie was born July 16, 1934, in Indianapolis, the daughter of Robert and Calantha Monroe Morrison. Her husband, Kenneth W. Cooper preceded her in death.

Jennie Mae “Tinkle” Cooper, 84, of Scottsburg, died at 6 p.m. November 28, 2018, at Hickory Creek of Scottsburg. Jennie was born July 16, 1934, in Indianapolis, the daughter of Robert and Calantha Monroe Morrison. Her husband, Kenneth W. Cooper preceded her in death.
She had previously worked at the Holiday Inn and was a member of the Moose Lodge No. 24 and American Legion Auxillary.
The funeral will be conducted at noon, Saturday, December 8, 2018, at Jewell-Rittman Family Funeral Home with the Rev. Tim Larrison officiating. Calling will be from 11 a.m. until time of service Saturday.
Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, through the funeral home.
Survivors include her sons, John Blanford of Columbus and Robert Blanford of Aberdeen, Ohio and her daughter, Tinkle (Bill) Rightsell of Scottsburg; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Kenneth; daughter, Rosalie Warner; stepdaughter, Connie Preble; and a grandson, David Frazee. |
