She was married to B. S Farnum in July 1887. To this union two children were born, Forrest of Victor and Mrs. Veva Cooper of Moline, IL. Read More	Source: The Pioneer Republican of Iowa County 11/24/1938 Mrs. Jennie Farnum of Victor Dies at Her Home VICTOR - Jennie Eastman was born in Wheatland township, Hillsdale county, Mich., Sept. 5, 1869, and passed away Nov. 15, 1938, at her home in Victor. She was married to B. S Farnum in July 1887. To this union two children were born, Forrest of Victor and Mrs. Veva Cooper of Moline, IL. Early in life she united with the Baptist church in North Adams, Mich., and remained a member there until her death. In 1896 she came to Victor where she resided until death. Mrs. Farnum was an active member of the Legion Auxiliary, Rebekah lodge and the D.K. and missionary societies of the Congregational church, also a member of the Victor Woman's club. She leaves to mourn her passing beside her immediate family, one sister, Mrs. W. F. Scott of Maywood, IL., two brothers, Bert Eastman of Waterloo and Charles Eastman of Brooklyn and seven grandchildren. Services were held Thursday afternoon at 2 o'clock from the Congregational church. Rev. Brown Barr of Grinnell conducted the service. Burial in the I.O.O.F. cemetery.
