Description	:	Mrs Alonzo Taylor died at the Rest Haven nursing home here last sunday eveing at 6:45 O'clock where she had been a patient for the last two weeks. Mrs Taylor had been brought from Minneapolis, where she had been hospitalized after a hip fracture in a fall six weeks ago. Jennie Hornback is the daughter of James Ruanna (nelson) Hornback. She was born in Sigourney on July 19, 1874. On Apri 27, 1892 she was untied in marriage to Arthur Priest and they became the parents of one child who died in infancy.. She was born in Sigourney on July 19, 1874. On Apri 27, 1892 she was untied in marriage to Arthur Priest and they became the parents of one child who died in infancy.. Mr Priest died in 1939 and their addopted son Guy Priest, died in 1951 She married Alonzo Taylor on May 12,1944 and they made there home in Sigourney until going to Minneapolis last fall. Mrs. Taylor was a member of the Rebekah Lodge. Survivng are her husband and one sister Mrs. Della Hickey of Sidney. Preceding her in death were her two sisters and four brothers, including Jess Hornbeck who died February 1950. The funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at the nimmer's funeral chapel with the Rev. W. H. Cross of the Saint Pauls Evengelical and Reformed Church, in charge. Burial was in the West Cemetery.
