She departed this life May 3, 1912, aged 25 years, 6 months and 29 days. On Sept. 21, 1904 she was united in marriage with O. B. Pulllam. To this union was born one daughter, Helen Chaney Pulliam, 4 years old, who lives to mourn the loss of her best earthly friend. In the year 1902 under the labors of Elder E. D. Murch, Reigh united with the Church of Christ at Pricetown. So long as health permitted she was a regular attendant at Sunday School and church where she always loved to be. She was of an exceptionally bright and cheerful disposition. Even when the ravages of the dread disease which finally laid her low, had taken such a hold upon her vitals as to incapacitate her for engaging in public service, she still confidently looked forward to the time when she could be better and be well again. She often remarked, "Well, by next preaching day I think I can go." Reigh always enjoyed the song service. Her favorite song was, "Jesus Wants Me For a Sunbeam." Her going out of the home of O. B. Pulliam was truly like the fading of a sunbeam. Those who were most intimately connected with her remark on her bright, cheerful, sunshiny disposition. Last November her health failed to the extent that it became necessary to remove her to the home of E. N. Pulliam, where nothing that loving and sympathetic hearts could even suggest was ever with held to try to alleviate her sufferings and prolong her life. Mrs. Pulliam remarks that through it all there was never a murmur or complaint but always a cheerful hoping for something better. It is better with her now. Reigh was of that number of whom it can be truthfully said, "for me to die is gain" and "to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord." It must have been an immeasurable blessing to Reigh to have her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Chaney, of Oklahoma, with her in her last hours. She leaves husband and daughter, father and mother, 3 brothers and 3 sisters living, besides a mighty host of friends to mourn her untimely departure. Truly "the sun has gone down, while it was yet day," but it has arisen to silence in scenes far more beautiful than those which gem our sky. We'll miss thee a thousand times Along life's weary track, Not a sorrow or a joy But we shall long to call her back. Yearn for thy true and tender heart Long thy bright smile to see For many dear and true are left But none are quite like thee. God calls our loved ones, but we, Lose not wholly what he has given They live in thought and deed As truly as they live in Heaven. CARD OF THANKS.
