Description	:	His car hurled against a milk stand at Sinsheim early yesterday morning by the locomotive of the Western Maryland railroad freight train, Jerimiah M. Klinedinst , of near Jefferson, was instantly killed when he was thrown from the vehicle. He was 70 years old. The tragedy occured at 5:35 a.m where the Hanover-Jefferson highway crosses the railroad tracks. According to Cororner L. E. Zech the victim died from a crushed skull and internal injuries. The tragedy occured at 5:35 a.m where the Hanover-Jefferson highway crosses the railroad tracks. According to Cororner L. E. Zech the victim died from a crushed skull and internal injuries. Mr. Klinedinst, a carpenter by trade, had planned to do some work at a home in Porters sidling that morning, Paul s. Ruth, a merchant at Sinsheim, and his wife saw the accident. The freight train was traveling north from Baltimore to Hagerstown. Mr. Klinedinst was a well known resident of North Codorus Twp. He was constable of the township for 20 years. He was an active member of Trinity Lutheran church, Jefferson. He belonged to Washinton Camp No 437, P. O. S. of A. Jefferson , and participated in lodges memorial services Sunday, marching in the parade in spite of his advanced age. Surviving are his widow Mrs. Sevilla Stump Klinedinst; a daughter Mrs. Raymond Emig, Spring Grove; a foster son, Earl Golden, York; four grandchildren and three brothers, James Klinedinst, Brodbecks RD; Emanuel Klinedinst, Glen Rock; and Edward Klinedinst, York Funeral services will be held at his late home at 1:30 p.m. -----------
