Description	:	Mr. Jerry White, 80, of Elizabethton, passed away on Friday, January 19, 2018, at his home following an extended illness. He was a son of the late Charles Sanford and Mary Blanche Ritchie White and was born in Raysal, WV. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Minnie Ellen “Bo” Hardin White and three brothers, Hubert, Arlie and Stewart White. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Minnie Ellen “Bo” Hardin White and three brothers, Hubert, Arlie and Stewart White. Mr. White was a veteran of the United States Army and was retired from the Mapes Piano String Company. He was a model train enthusiast and was of the Christian faith. Those left to cherish his memory include two sons, Joey White and his wife, Joyce, of Elizabethton; Jason White, of the home; a sister, Nell Lewis, of Elizabethton; a brother, Gary White and his wife, Phyllis, of Elizabethton and several nieces and nephews.
