Description	:	It is with great sadness that the family of Jesner "Jess" Beck announce his passing after a brief illness on Thursday, May 17, 2018 at the age of 90 years. Jess will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 65 years, Margaret; his son, Randy Beck; daughter, Janette (Shae) Hirsche; 3 grandchildren, Ryan (Sharla), James (Leah) and Kaylyn; 2 great-granddaughters, Elise and Shiloh; 2 brothers and 1 sister, Robert "Bobby", Harry, and Sena; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Jess will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 65 years, Margaret; his son, Randy Beck; daughter, Janette (Shae) Hirsche; 3 grandchildren, Ryan (Sharla), James (Leah) and Kaylyn; 2 great-granddaughters, Elise and Shiloh; 2 brothers and 1 sister, Robert "Bobby", Harry, and Sena; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. "Jess/Joe" will be forever known as a "handyman" who was always willing to help others with projects big or small and did this well into his 70's! Of note his most admired/proud accomplishment was his cabin in Robb, Alberta that he and his wife Margaret built from the ground up. This was no small accomplishment as the only way to get over to the cabin was across a cable suspension bridge that he also built and maintained. Jess was a kind hearted soul who often did without so others close to him could have. In 1953 Jess married the love of his life, Margaret, and were never apart until his passing resulting in 65 years of marriage. Jess loved his family unconditionally and was always someone available, with projects big or small, to lend a helping hand. He was a gentleman first and foremost to his loving wife, father, grandfather and great grandfather to his blessed family. He is and always will be sorely missed by those closest to him. Until we meet again please rest in peace as you've most certainly earned it.
