Description	:	WWI Veteran Jesse enlisted in the U S Army at Wabash IN on 5 Oct 1917. He served as a private in 6th Battery, FARR during World War I, receiving an honorable discharge 5 May 1919 at Camp Zachary Taylor KY. No children. He was a barber and farmer. Jesse lived in the North Manchester, IN area his entire life, for years on a farm east of town, and in his final years in town. He died at Prairie View Rest Home in Warsaw from complications, following an illness of three years.
