Description	:	Former Ottumwan Jesse F. Parcell, 92, of Nelson’s Nursing Home in Fairfield died Nov. 28, 1990, at the nursing home. He was born Oct. 17, 1898, in Ottumwa to John DI and Mary M. Burton Parcell. He married Ethel M. Boyce in 1923. She died in 1959. He married Margaret Zenisek in 1967. She died in 1983. He was a life-long resident of Ottumwa before entering Nelson’s Nursing Home in Fairfield in 1962 and was employed at John Morrell && Company for 46 years, retiring in 1963. He is survived by a son, Jesse Jr. of Burlington; two daughters, Va-Donna “Pat” Schultz of Dalzell, 111., and Jean Thomson of Libertyville; eight grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; and a sister, Genevieve Jackson of Ottumwa. He was preceded in death by a son, Davev Lee; a daughter, Rosella Ruth; six brothers; and two sisters. The service will be 3 p.m. Friday at Shrine of Memories Funeral Home in Ottumwa, the Rev. Stephen Higdon of First Assembly of God Church in Fairfield officiating. Entombment will be in Shrine of Memories Mausoleum
