Description	:	--------From the Marshall Paper, Sept. 29, 1922:Uncle Jessie Fisher of Laurel Branch died last Thursday night at ten o'clock and was buried Saturday, at two o'clock, at Laurel Branch. He was eighty-two years old at his death and without doubt considered one among the best citizens in that entire county. He has been a member of the Baptist Church for more than forty years.His death was not unexpected as he had been a sufferer from a stroke of paralysis for several years. Read More	--------From the Marshall Paper, Sept. 29, 1922:Uncle Jessie Fisher of Laurel Branch died last Thursday night at ten o'clock and was buried Saturday, at two o'clock, at Laurel Branch. He was eighty-two years old at his death and without doubt considered one among the best citizens in that entire county. He has been a member of the Baptist Church for more than forty years.His death was not unexpected as he had been a sufferer from a stroke of paralysis for several years. People came from all over the entire county and a tremendous crowd was present to pay their last tribute of respect. Rev. Alfred Bradley had charge of the service, assisted by Rev. Andre of Marshall Presbyterian Church and Rev. Pickens of Jupiter, surviving him is his second wife, two sons, Z.V. Fisher and J.N. Fisher of Marshall, Rt. 3, three daughters, Mrs. Marion Sprinkle of White Pine, Tenn., Mrs. Rufus Eller of Laurel Branch, and Mrs. Sally Debhrule of Mars Hill, and a host of grand children. -------------------------------------------- Death Certificate Informant was Mrs. Jesse Fisher.
