Description	:	The body of Jess Hoaby, 37, who lived on the Hoaby farm near Lisbon was found partially submerged in the Sheyenne River near his home about 3 p.m. on Sunday, May 13, 1973. His death has been ruled as accidental drowning. Ransom county authorities said Hoaby was subject to seizures and that he apparently had one while standing on the bank of the river fishing. Mr. Hoaby was born at Sheldon, ND, September 15, 1935 and married Darlene Bratland September 26, 1955. He had been employed in Fargo and Lisbon by floor covering firms. He leaves his wife and five children, Lisa, Jacqueline, Julie, Teresa and Mark all of Little Falls, Minnesota. His parents, Mr. and Mrs. Theodore Hoaby, Lisbon; a brother and two sisters, Norman of Grafton, ND and Mrs. Miles (Irene) Hoenhause and Mrs. Larry (Ilene) Larson both lisbon; and his grandmother, Mrs. Bertina Larson, Sheldon.
