Funeral service 1 p.m. Sunday, January 25, at the Eisnaugle-Lewis Funeral Home, burial to follow in Bethel Ridge Cemetery. Friends may call from 3 to 8 p.m., Saturday, January 24 at the funeral home. OBITUARY Jessie Landrum of Four Winds Nursing Home, formerly of 421 Valley Chapel Rod., Jackson, Oh, went home to be with the Lord on Wed. January 21, 2009, just two days before her 93rd birthday. She spent much enjoyable time in the homes of her children as long as health permitted. She was born January 23, 1916, to John & Edith Duhl Dyson. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband of 62 years, Harry Landrum, one son Russell, and one daughter, Donna Jean Reisinger. Also preceding her in death were three brothers: Damon Dyson, Howard Dyson, Loren Dyson and one sister Anna Lee Hopkins. She is survived by three children: Robert (Janet) Landrum, Jackson, Ohio; Rodney (Dottie) Landrum, Jackson, Ohio; Linda (Roger) Hoover, Jackson, Ohio and one son-in-law, Paul Reisinger of Springfield, Ohio. Twelve grandchildren survive her: Robert Michael (Donna) Landrum, Amanda, Ohio, Rhonda (Doug) Estep of Jackson, Ohio; Ray (Metisse) Hoover, Jackson, Ohio, Harold (Robin) Hoover, Jackson, Ohio, Darla (Darryl) Haynes of Wellston, Ohio, Donna Ruth (Bill) Bame, Wellston, Ohio, Russell (Sarah) Landrum, Wellston, Ohio, Johnny Landrum, Wellston, Ohio, Kim Wolfe of Springfield, Ohio; Connie (Dan) Abbley, Springfield, Ohio. Four step-grandchildren: Ruth (Brian) Bell, Waverly, Oh.; Sheila (Steve) Johnson, Lucasville, Ohio; Richard (Patty) Tackett, Waverly, Ohio; Jared (Trisha) Tackett, Beaver, Ohio. Twenty-three great-grandchildren; One great great-grandchild; 3 step great-great grandchildren; and many special nieces, nephews, and friends. Jessie was a homemaker, loved quilting and growing flowers around her lovely home. She was a great cook and wonderful friend to all who knew her. She had been active when health permitted, in Farm Bureau, the Limerick Grange, 4H Advisor for 17 years, Wesley United Methodist Women, and Wesley United Methodist Church where her friendship and caring manner were a joy to be around. Truly, our loss is heaven's gain. Visiting will be from 3PM - 8 PM Sat.
