Mrs. Kapfer suffered a stroke three years ago, from which she never recovered. Read More	Taken By Death Mrs. Jessie Frances-Kapfer, age 50, died Sunday at 11 a. m. following an illness of three years. Mrs. Kapfer suffered a stroke three years ago, from which she never recovered. Before her marriage she was Jessie-Frances Brown, daughter of James and Margaret Brown of Burlington where she was born, Oct. 8, 1881. On Oct. 31, 1904, she was married to. L. A. Kapfer, since which time, they have made their home in West Liberty, with the exception, of four years that they lived in Iowa City. Surviving are the husband and six daughters, Mary and Katherine at home, Mrs. Ruth Walker, Moline, Mrs. Roy Neitge, and Mrs. Dan Grimm, West Liberty, Mrs. Lewis Lamp, Rochester. One son Louis Kapfer of Williamsburg. She is also survived by three sisters. Funeral arrangements are incomplete, but services will be held from the S. C.
