Gray officiating and burial was in Riverside Cemetery. Jessie Pearl Plate was born Sept. 8, 1905 in Astoria, Ill. She moved with her parents to Alpena in 1909. On April 6, 1924 she married W. H. Morrison at Wolsey. They lived in Huron until 1938 when they moved to Brookings, returning to Huron in August 1944. She was preceded in death by her mother who died when Mrs. Morrison was but a small child.
