Jimmie was born on July 22, 1939, in Stanley, Va., to the late Callie David and Beulah (Painter) Seekford. A member of the Hilliard Chapel Assembly of God, he married Bonnie Louderback on March 16, 1962. He and Bonnie owned and operated Seekfords’ Center Service in Stanley for 30 years. Read More	Jimmie Franklin Seekford Sr., 78, of Stanley, passed away on Monday, Jan. 15, 2018. Jimmie was born on July 22, 1939, in Stanley, Va., to the late Callie David and Beulah (Painter) Seekford. A member of the Hilliard Chapel Assembly of God, he married Bonnie Louderback on March 16, 1962. He and Bonnie owned and operated Seekfords’ Center Service in Stanley for 30 years. He is survived by his wife, a daughter, a son, a brother, and four grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a sister, Evaline Donovan, and a brother, Richard Seekford. A funeral service will be held Thursday, Jan. 18, 2018, at 11 a.m. at Hilliard Chapel Assembly of God. Family and friends will be received at the church on Wednesday, Jan. 17, 2018, from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. His burial will take place at the Seekford Family Cemetery in Stanley, Va.
