Following the services, the remains will be taken to the Osborn cemetery in Schoolcraft for interment. ---------------------------------------------- (same paper & reel #, Thurs., June 17, 1909 Obit) FUNERAL OF JINCY OSBORN--Last Rites Over Remains of Schoolcraft Girl.--Interment at Osborn Cemetery. Funeral services over the remains of Miss Jincy Osborn, who died last Thursday, were held at the Baptist church Friday morning at 11 o'clock, conducted by the pastor, Rev. H. B. Tillery. Six classmates, boys and girls, officiated as pallbearers. Business houses were closed during the services. Followed by a large number of relatives and friends, the remains were taken to the Osborn cemetery in Schoolcraft and laid beside those of her father in the family lot. Jincy Virginia Osborn was born in Madison county July 25, 1893, being 15 years, 10 months and 14 days old at time of death. She was a member of the eighth grade of the Battle Creek schools and her jovial disposition endeared her to classmates and teachers aside from a host of friends, she leaves a mother, two brothers and two sisters to mourn her untimely death.
