Description	:	Joanna was the daughter of Leonard Simon Fisher & Elizabeth HARRISON. She married George Washington PFOST. * Born in Missouri not long after family moved there. Her mother died of childbirth complications 18 days after Joannah was born. The father remarried soon after. He brought the family, including infant Joannah, back to Jackson Co. BACHTEL of Wilding, Mrs. John GREEN of Williamson, Mrs. Frank STAATS of Kenmore, Ohio, Mrs. Roy SHAMBLIN of Phiolah and Miss Gladys PFOST at home. Deceased was a highly esteemed lady. She was a daughter of Leonard FISHER. The remains were interred at Fairview Cemetery, following funeral services, conducted by her pastor, Rev. J. L. WEST. (Mountaineer, 31 July 1914)
