Description	:	Conway Joanne B. Ray, age 77, widow of the late Jimmy Ray, passed away Tuesday, January 27, 2015 at her residence. Mrs. Ray was born July 15, 1937 in Conway, SC, a daughter of the late Grover Franklin Beverly and the late Sara Alice Daniels Beverly. She was the owner and operator of "The Flower Lady" floral shop; she had a natural talent for designing and arranging floral pieces. Mrs. Ray was born July 15, 1937 in Conway, SC, a daughter of the late Grover Franklin Beverly and the late Sara Alice Daniels Beverly. Survivors include her children, Sabrina Haynes Schultz and husband Herman of Las Vegas, NV, Frankie Haines and David Haynes, both of Newbern, NC; 9 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; a brother, Wesley Beverly and wife Romeda of Myrtle Beach, SC; and a sister, Betty Moore of Atlanta, GA. A funeral services will be held at 3:00PM Friday, January 30, 2015 at Goldfinch Funeral Home, Conway Chapel. Interment will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 2:00PM until 3:00PM Friday prior to the funeral service.
