She was a lifetime member of the United Methodist Church in Cedar Rapids, NE. Joe Anna is survived by her daughter: Jane (Leo) Rutten of Cedar Rapids, NE; four grandchildren all of Lincoln, NE: Anne Rutten, Ginger (John) Woodring, Matthew Rutten, and Mark Rutten; two great-grandson’s: Jacob and Joseph Woodring also of Lincoln, NE; two brothers: Francis (Carol) Eschliman of Twin Falls, ID and George Eschliman of Omaha, NE; along with nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands: Frank in 1963 and Hick in 1996; three sisters; and five brothers.
