Kramer, a 50 year resident of Oakville, was born Jan. 7, 1910, in Gardner, Ill., the son of Charles and Anna Tibbles Kramer. The family will meet with friends between 7:30 and 8:30 p.m. this evening at Dudgeon McCulley Funeral Home in Wapello.
