Description	:	"Chester". Chester was the son of Stephen and Dorcas McGaha Snoots, and the husband of the former Ollie Oakes, who survived. He was also survived by son Ralph, two granddaughters and sisters Nina Clark, Genevieve Looker, Ella Dixon and Bertie Phillips. Chester had worked for the B&O Railroad and was a member of the B&O Veterans Association. He also belonged to the Brunswick Baptist Church. Chester passed away suddenly while doing some work at the Vindobona Convalescent Home in Braddock Heights.	"Chester".
