Springer, of Milford, Neb., Sept. 22, 1919, at the age of 79 years, 4 months and 12 days. He lived in Germany until his thirteenth year, when he came to America with two sisters and a brother and located in Central Illinois, living in Tazewell and Livingstone Counties for thirty-two years. Read More	John Dierberger was born in Baden, Germany, May 10th, 1840, and died at the home of his daughter, Mrs. C. N. Springer, of Milford, Neb., Sept. 22, 1919, at the age of 79 years, 4 months and 12 days. He lived in Germany until his thirteenth year, when he came to America with two sisters and a brother and located in Central Illinois, living in Tazewell and Livingstone Counties for thirty-two years. In 1885 he brought his family to Seward County, Neb., where he had lived until the time of his death. Mr. Dierberger was united in holy matrimony with Regina Wagler in 1865. Their union was blessed by the birth of four children, Jacob W. and John H. of Beaver Crossing, Neb., Mrs. C. N. Springer of Milford, Neb., and Mrs. Levi Eicher of Hartford, Kas. On August 13th, 1871, this happy union was severed by the cruel hand of death.In 1872 he was united in a second marriage with Mary Newhauser and they became the parents of four children as follows: Samuel of Seward, Neb., Peter W. of Chelsea, Mich., Mrs. W. P. Moorehead, of Fairview, Kas., and Edward who died in infancy.On April 30, 1883, the messenger of death took the mother to her eternal rest. Mr. Dierberger's last illness was of short duration, and the end came peacefully at the close of day on the date given above. He is survived by the members of his family named in this obituary and by 29 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren. In his religious belief he held to the faith of the Amish Mennonite church.The funeral services were held in the Defenseless Mennonite church on Thursday afternoon, September 25, 1919, the Rev. F. L.
