She was the daughter of Gilbert PASSINO (b. 1802 in Canada, but another source says France; d. 1877) and Mary ARMSTRONG [Mary Armstrong b. abt 1817 in Canada but of French descent. Lucy died 3 FEB 1917 in Creston, Flathead Co., MT, at 79 years of age. John Galloway BROWN and Lucy PASSINO had the following children: i. John Galloway and Lucy's first child was unnamed, died at or about childbirth about 1861. i. Charles Newton BROWN was born in NY 4 NOV 1862. ii. Abraham Lincoln BROWN was born in NY 25 NOV 1864. iii.
