Description	:	Age 55. Married to Lena Brunton. His father, Anderson Lackey, was murdered during a home invasion on April 28, 1883. Three men, two being Jones brothers, entered the home on a ruse and demanded money. Anderson Lackey had been practically bedfast with rheumatism for about 3 years, said he had a large family to support and no money. The men knew he had sold a horse for $90 and demanded the money. The three men went to a nearby home and terrorized that family demanding money, ending up with a dime. All three were caught and after trial were hanged.
