QUARREL HAS FATAL END Bluffton, Ind, July 21 - A few minutes after he quarreled with his uncle, Robert Dick, of Pugney, John Grim, aged 56 years, fell over dead in a chair at the home of his mother, Mrs. Kate Shady, in Tocsin, at 6 o'clock Sunday morning. Although Grim was bleeding from a cut over his right eye and had other bruises as the result of blows received from Dick, Coroner Herman Thoma pronounced death due to heart disease and attack of which was brought on through excitement. According to Mrs. Grim her husband had spent the greater part of the night taking care of his mother, who lived but two doors from the Grim home. He returned home about 3 o'clock to sleep and two hours later was called to the Shady home by his uncle, Robert Dick, who had come there a short time after Grim left. Dick appeared to be angry because Grim did not remain at the Shady home all night and, according to Grim's statement before he died, Dick hid behind a door and struck him as he entered. Mrs. Grim and two sons, William and Orville, heard the quarrel and rushed to the Shady residence, arriving there just as the quarrel ended and Dick was leaving. Mr. Grim was seated in a chair and while excited from the quarrel did not appear ill. Just as Mrs. Grim took a handkerchief from his pocket to wipe the blood from his face, he fell forward lifeless. Dr. Blue, who was called, turned the case over to Coroner H. Thoma at once. Grim is survived by the mother, Mrs. Sam Shady, formerly Mrs. Reuben Grim, the widow and the two sons.
