Received this in an email, but don't know how to add questionable dates, so I am leaving it here in the bio section for my fellow researchers... 29 APR 1823 John Henry Lance was born in Lebanon, Hunterdon Co., NJ Parents John Lance, 16 Jan 1789/6 Jan 1865 & Susan Lommason Lance, 22 May 1788/22 Jan 1861. 27 Apr 2013, It has been brought to my attention that John and Susan had another child named Robert. I do not know where Robert's grave is located and do not have any further information on him. I am adding this to the bio section since I have not figured out how to add a child without a memorial attached to it. If anyone knows any information on this Robert and where his grave is located, I would be more than happy to add him. Thanks... I have yet to this day found any documentation that John and Susan had a son, Robert. If someone has documentation of this, I would greatly appreciate a copy of it. As far as a know to this date, they did NOT have a son named Robert. 28 Apr 2013, Someone has added dates of birth and dates of death on many of my memorials without documentation. If I have not received documentation of dates and don't change the date it is because I have conflicting documentation here. Case in point here. Someone added John's date of birth is 29 APR 1823 after I clearly marked it above as questionable. I also have sources here stating that his date of birth is 19 APR 1823. Doing the math from the tombstone, that does bring his date of birth to 19 APR 1823 as Laurence Lance had pointed out earlier in the flowers section. This is why the date was never changed. I would love for the person who had changed it to please name the source so we the family have the documentation as this is my direct line. Thanks. Also, I do not have in my personal files proof that Susan Lommason is said mother of John. I have been given 3 different surnames for Susan... Lommason, Schuyler, and Force... Do not know for sure which is the correct Susan. Family researchers believe it to be Susan Force. 5 July 2013... Since the person who changed the date of birth on this memorial has not stepped up to the plate to provide documentation, I am changing the date back to unknown again as it should have remained in the first place, since there is no way to record questionable dates. Please make sure you have proof before requesting dates be added or changed. People use these memorials to do research on their family lines and my memorials are backed with documentation not "I think so!"
