He is survived by his wife, Irene; daughter, Mrs Donna Plymate, Fremont; 2 sons; Jim Van Deusen of Knowxville, Tn and Jack Ward of Venice, Cal; a sister, Ruthe Potter of Orance, Cal; a step-sister, Mrs Bertha Polisz of Omaha; 9 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, Robert Eggleston, a sister, Mrs Ella Jensen and two brothers, Raymond and William. His mortal remains are laid to rest in Memorial Cemetery, Fremont following divine services at Trinity Lutheran Church on this day, Jan 17, 1984. Memorials may be directed to Trinity Lutheran Church or to charity of choice.
