Sept 25, 1957 - JOHN HAUBRICH - Funeral services for John Haubrich, 73, of Stuart, formerly of Roselle, were held at 9:30 Tuesday morning at Holy Angels Church, Roselle, with the Rev. W. Richard Graf officiating at the requiem mass. Burial was in Holy Angels Cemetery. Pallbearers, nephews of Mr. Haubrich, were Earl Kennebeck, Freddie Kennebeck, Matt Neppel, Mike Broich, Frank Broich and Ambrose Haubrich.

With the exception of one daughter, Mrs. Ed Fisher (Etta), of Sun Valley, Calif., all of Mr. Haubrich's sons and daughters were at the rites. In addition to four daughters and three sons, Mr. Haubrich is survived by 26 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren; two brothers, Joseph Haubrich of Dedham and W. J. Haubrich of Mapleton, and one sister, Mrs. William Sondgeroth, Vermillion, S.D.
His daughters and sons are: Mrs. Lloyd (Margaret) Shook, Lake Odessa, Mich.; Edwin Haubrich, Carroll; Harry Haubrich, Redfield; Mrs. Fisher, Sun Valley, Calif.; Carl Haubrich, Glidden; Mrs. Ed (Rose) Wessliag, Bellevue. Neb.; and Mrs. Ed (Lorraine) Wille, Sioux City.
His wife, who was Anna Werner before her marriage, died in 1923. Members of the immediate family at the services included: Mrs. Shook and her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Vernon Booher, Lake Odessa, Mich.; Mr. and Mrs. Harry Haubrich and daughter, Sandra, Redfield; Mr. and Mrs. Wessling and daughters, Carol and Rosemary, Bellevue, Neb.; Mr. and Mrs. Wille, daughters, Jean, Joan, Judy and Linda, and son, Edward, Sioux City; Mr. and Mrs. Carl Haubrich and daughter, Mary Kay, Glidden; Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Haubrich, sons, Robert and Dale Carroll, and daughter, Mrs. Ronald Yockey and son, Chris, Sioux City; W. J. Haubrich, Mapleton; Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Haubrich and family, Dedham; and Mr. and Mrs. William Sondgeroth, Vermillion, S. D. There were many other relatives and friends from the surrounding area. |
