Petersen, Hans Hinrichsen, Albert Hinrichsen, Glen Hinrichsen, Ben Hinrichsen and Rollie Luckstead. John Henry Hansen was born July 22, 1874, in Husum,Schleswig-Holstein, Germany. He came to America via Montreal to Schleswig, Iowa, in 1893. In 1901, he came to Wyoming and lived in and near Wyoming since he was married to Maria Magdalene Hinrichsen, and to this union five children were born. He was a member of Keystone lodge No. 206, of the Masonic order since 1918. He was a carpenter by trade, building many homes in the Wyoming area. He is survived by three daughters, Dr. Minna Hansen, Santa Barbara, Calif.; Mrs. Hatta White, Alhambra, Calif, and Alice, Mrs. John Sikora, Savannah, Ill. Also surviving are three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Thomas Hinrichsen, Anamosa; two brothers, Richard, living in West Germany, and William living in East Germany, and a niece, Trudy, Switzerland. He was preceded in death by his wife in 1953 and two sons, Thomas and Harry, who died of injuries received in a railroad crossing accident in 1931.
