Description	:	Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10 a.m., Saturday at St. Anthony's Catholic Church for John Notario, 86, of 303 N. 4th Ave., the Rev. Anthony Bliss the celebrant. Burial will follow in Riverside cemetery. Scripture rosary service will be conducted 7:30 o'clock this evening (Friday) at the Walters-Chaney Funeral Home. Mr. Notario died Thursday in a Sterling nursing home. He was born Sept. 23, 1887, in San Benigo Canavese, Italy, the son of Joseph and Domenica Venso Notario. He came to the United States in 1909, settling in Illinois before moving to Sterling in 1910 where he married Madaline Conti, Feb. 28, 1914. The couple moved to the Merino area in 1923 where they farmed a year before moving to Atwood. The couple retired from farming in 1948 ad returned to Sterling. Mrs. Notario died Sept. 18, 1950. Mr. Notario was a member of St. Anthony's Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus. He is survived by three daughters, Mrs; Edith Peters of Sterling, Mrs. Minnie Gray of Littleton and Mrs. Marie Frasca of Merino; a son, Joe Notario of Atwood; a brother, Joseph Notario of Italy; 11 grandchildren and nine great- grandchildren.
