Description	:	ANDREWS - John Red T. Ozburn, Jr., 82, died Monday, January 24, 2005, at Georgetown Memorial Hospital. Mr. Ozburn was born in Kathleen, Ga. on September 5, 1922, a son of the late John and Lettie Morgan Ozburn. He was a World War II veteran and served with Headquarters Company 1121 st Engineers in the battles and campaigns of Central Europe, Normandy, Northern France, Rhineland, Ardennes, and Alsace. Read More	ANDREWS - John Red T. Ozburn, Jr., 82, died Monday, January 24, 2005, at Georgetown Memorial Hospital. Mr. Ozburn was born in Kathleen, Ga. on September 5, 1922, a son of the late John and Lettie Morgan Ozburn. He was a World War II veteran and served with Headquarters Company 1121 st Engineers in the battles and campaigns of Central Europe, Normandy, Northern France, Rhineland, Ardennes, and Alsace. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Andrews, American Legion Post #69, and V.F.W. Post #6444. Mr. Ozburn graduated from the University of South Carolina and was a member of the Block C. Club, the Lettermen's Association, and Kappa Sigma Fraternity. He was the owner of Ozburn's Restaurant in Andrews and a retired Williamsburg Co. teacher. Surviving are: his wife, Jo M. Ozburn of Andrews, a son, Johnny Ozburn of Andrews; a daughter, Charlotte O. Mosser and her husband Stanley F. Mosser, both of Columbia; and two grandsons, John Marshall Mosser and Joseph Mosser, both of Columbia. Mr. Ozburn was predeceased by: a sister, Marjorie O. Blakeley; and a brother, William M. Ozburn. Graveside services will be held at eleven o'clock Wednesday morning, January 26, 2005 in Andrews Memorial Cemetery. Officiating will be the Rev. Donald P. Sapp. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Baptist Church of Andrews, 106 E. Oakland St., Andrews, S. C. 29510. The Andrews Chapel of Mayer Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
