SULLIVAN DIES IN STAFFORD; RITES TOMORROW John Wesley Sullivan, 68, life long resident of Stafford County and a former chairman of the county school board, died at his home yesterday at 2:35 p.m. Formerly operator of a store on White Oak Road, he had been paralyzed for approximately 17 years. SULLIVAN DIES IN STAFFORD; RITES TOMORROW John Wesley Sullivan, 68, life long resident of Stafford County and a former chairman of the county school board, died at his home yesterday at 2:35 p.m. Formerly operator of a store on White Oak Road, he had been paralyzed for approximately 17 years. He was head of the school board from 1932 to 1936. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Roberta Sullivan; three daughters, Mrs. Clifford Brown, Mrs. Douglas Clarke, and Mrs. Richard Conner, all of Stafford; one son, Wilson Sullivan of Fredericksburg; and four grandchildren. He also leaves three sisters, Mrs. Edward Bullock and Mrs. Archie Jett of Stafford, and Mrs. John Perry, of Fredericksburg, and eight brothers, Aubrey R., Walter F., Richard J., Gordon W., Nelson C., and Frank P. Sullivan, all of Stafford County, and Willie T. and Fred Sullivan, of Fredericksburg. A funeral service will be held tomorrow at 2 p.m. at the Wheeler & Thompson Funeral Home, conducted by Dr. Robert F. Caverlee. Interment will be in the family cemetery in Stafford. Pallbearers will be James Clarke, John Fines, Archie Humphries, Fred Inglis, Dan McWhirt, and Harold Whittaker.
