Pauline was born in Rutherford County on June 7, 1933 to the late John Jasper Butler and Laura Guffey Butler. She was retired from Fasco and was a member of First Broad Baptist Church in Golden Valley. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Raymond McCurry and three sisters, Erma Sue White, Jeanette Turner and Eloise White; and special friend, Thomas Daughtery.
