Description	:	Jollie Rodabaugh, was born January 2, 1895 at Mason City, Missouri, the son of Samuel P. and Bertha Reed Rodabaugh. His death occurred at Aurora, Nebraska on February 28, 1980 at the age of 85 years, 1 month and 27 days. He spent his early childhood in the vicinity of his birth, moving with his parents and family to Lincoln, Nebraska in 1900. In 1913 they moved to Clarks Ranch in Hamilton County. On December 24, 1919 he was united in marriage to Ida Mable Schlegel at the Methodist Parsonage in Aurora. They farmed in the vicinity of Marquette, Nebraska.... His death occurred at Aurora, Nebraska on February 28, 1980 at the age of 85 years, 1 month and 27 days. He spent his early childhood in the vicinity of his birth, moving with his parents and family to Lincoln, Nebraska in 1900. In 1913 they moved to Clarks Ranch in Hamilton County. On December 24, 1919 he was united in marriage to Ida Mable Schlegel at the Methodist Parsonage in Aurora. They farmed in the vicinity of Marquette, Nebraska. Six children were born to them. He was a member of the Richland United Brethren Church and when that church was destroyed by fire, his membership was transferred to the United Brethren Church in Marquette, now the United Methodist Church, where he was active as long as his health permitted. Those who preceded him in death were his parents; three infant sons, three brothers, Guy, Sumner and John Rodabaugh and two sisters, Agnes and Ethel Rodabaugh. His survivors include his wife, Ida; one son, Emery of Marquette, Nebraska; two daughters, Mrs. Esther Funk of Madison, Nebraska and Mrs. Bertha Seier of Grand Island, Nebraska; one sister, Bertha Rodabaugh of Aurora; 13 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren and other relatives and many close friends. Funeral Services were held 2:00 P.M., Monday, March 3, 1980 at the United Methodist Church in Marquette. Interment was held in the Richland Cemetery near Marquette.
