Joe Cinger was born January 5th, 1867 at Krise, Czecho-Slovakia, and with his Mother and three sisters he came to the this country in 1879 and settled near Dardanelle, Ark. He was united in marriage to Miss Marie Pfeifer on October 14, 1889. He had been in declining health for several years, and while his death was not unexpected it nevertheless brought sadness to all who knew him. He is survived by his wife, one son and six daughters; Van Cinger, Mrs. John Kubat, Mrs. Edward Wesley, Hattie Cinger, Carrie, Annie and Mary Cinger; also two sisters Mrs. C. V. Wesley and Miss Marie Cinger. The funeral services were conducted at the family home at 2:00 o'clok Saturday afternoon by Reb. W. F. Blevins, Pastor of the Dardanelle Methodist Church, and the remains were laid to rest in Brearley Cemetery. www.yellcountyobits.org
