Mr. Shrock was born January 19, 1856, in Holmes county, Ohio. He was the son of Jacob and Sarah Shrock. He was united in marriage to Miss Katherine Kuhns, January 22, 1881, in Howard county. Mr. Shrock was born January 19, 1856, in Holmes county, Ohio. He was the son of Jacob and Sarah Shrock. He was united in marriage to Miss Katherine Kuhns, January 22, 1881, in Howard county. There were eleven children, two of whom are deceased. Surviving him besides his wife are the nine children, Mrs. Lizzie Sedala Harshberger of this county, Mrs. Ella Barbara Stebin of Miami county, Mrs. Eltha Hippensteel of this county, Mrs. Lulu Eta Zeigler, Mrs. Uba Myra Brightmeyer, both living in this county, Victor Rolandus Shrock, Mrs. Gladys Viola Anderson, Laura Leona Shrock and Clara Glee Shrock all at home. Six grandchildren also survive. Mr. Shrock had been ailing for the last two years He became seriously ill about two weeks ago with tuberculosis which was the cause of his death. He was a member of the United Brethren Bethesda church at Makin. Short funeral services will be held Wednesday morning at 7:30 o'clock at the residence. The Rev. Mr. Burket will preach the services. The body will then be taken to the interurban station and will be sent to Bennetts Switch at 10:02 o'clock. Services will then be held at the Evangelical church at Howard county. The Rev.
